WHAT TO EXPECT

The experience begins with each person lying down in a comfortable position. Different instruments and sounds are then introduced in succession with the goal of deep rest and relaxation, shifting emotions and harmonizing the body.

People react many ways to a sound bath. Some have a rush of sensations that may cause them to cry, laugh or experience an emotional release. Creative ideas or concerns may run through your mind. Some might see colors or sink into a meditative state. It is ok to let these ideas and feelings arise, and then work to let them go.


Be open, relax and receive.

WHAT TO BRING

  • Yoga mat or other padding to be comfortable laying on the ground

  • Pillow, light blanket, and eye cover if needed for comfort

  • Wear loose, comfortable clothing (ie. yoga clothes, workout clothes)
